Description
Guinnean bichir. Bichirs are endemic to streams in Africa. This species get to a maximum size of 35″ in the natural environment. Be prepared to need a large tank! These fish are not aggressive but could eat any fish they can fit in their mouth. Suitable tank mates are non-aggressive species, in otherwords species that will not nip at the fins of bichirs.
