Most orders ship withing 3 business days of the order being placed (not including Saturday or Sunday). Order processing and delivery times depend on weather, catching, and quarantining your fish. In some cases this can happen very quickly. In other situations and depending on the fish species (which may be difficult to catch) it may take several days to prepare your order.

When we receive your order, we will check the weather in your (the destination) city, our local weather, and the cities the package will travel through to determine the safest day to ship live fish. We reserve the right to hold your order until we believe it is safest for fish to be shipped and arrive to you alive.

On the day your order is being shipped out, we will send you a tracking number email for your order. Be sure to check your spam folder. When you receive your tracking number email, if you selected overnight shipping you should expect your order to arrive the next day and if you selected 2-day shipping, you should expect your order to arrive 2-days from receipt of your tracking number email.
