We encourage you to purchase the shipping insurance at checkout.
If you have done that and fish do not arrive alive, email us photos of the shipping box, DOA fish in the bag, and the fish on a dry surface (like a paper towel).
Each submission is handled on a case-by-case basis. Typically, we either reship the order at our cost or provide a store credit for the lost fish if only part of the order is lost.
